Between today’s gloomy morning weather, and this newborn’s snuggly poses…I’m ready to crawl back into bed! Seriously, how cute and cuddly does he look? He was the perfect model, and one of my fastest newborn sessions to date. And the HAIR! I love it! I think he wins for most newborn hair ever!
I haven’t photographed a one-year session is a while, and I forgot how much fun they are! This is such a great age to capture…full of wonder and lots of smiles!!!
I hadn’t seen Lauren since her newborn photos, and it’s always amazing to see my newborns turn into active toddlers. I loved chasing her around, even though she was so fast! She definitely kept me on my toes! I apologize in advance for oversharing, but there were just too many cute ones from this session…
Sometimes I feel like this too at the end of a long session. :)
Before I can even mention how cute this baby boy is, can I just point out how fabulous his Mom looks??? THATDRESS! They are such a beautiful family, inside and out. Congratulations to the entire family!!!
If you are ever thinking of having your photo session at Mission San Juan Capistrano, PLEASE do it!!! The location is simply beautiful and it’s amazing to step back in time while staying right in Orange County. Check out this beautiful family session at the Mission…
The morning of this maternity session was gloomy and rainy, but you would never know it by these pics and Holland’s bright smile! The sun came out and this beautiful mama-to-be was just just glowing as we celebrated her baby bump with a few precious photos. Here are some of my favorites…
I haven’t photographed a 3-month-old in some time, and I forgot how fun these sessions are. Sophia was so cute with her big eyes and little facial expressions. I think she surprised herself when she pushed up on her tummy (and her arm rolls are the cutest around)! It was great to capture some of these sweet moments for such a great family. Here are a few favorites…
Love her little tongue sticking out!
Then we had a little visit from her new BFF. :)
This picture…this one right here…makes me want to have another baby to snuggle.
I first met this family when they asked my to take pictues of their baby girl Violet. I can’t believe how quickly time goes by as Violet is now a big sister! Meet Scarlett. She is simply beautiful. Surrounded by the love of an older brother, sister, Mom and Dad…Scarlett is welcomed into this family with much love. I can’t wait to see the friendships that grow between her and her siblings through the years. :)
I really LOVED everything about this session. The family was amazing, the colors were beautiful, and I’m always such a sucker for those yellow flower fields! It is definitely Springtime, and sessions like these just make me happy.
My business usually slows down a bit after the holiday season, but this year was the first time that didn’t happen. I recently told Ty that I haven’t had a couple of days off in way too long when, mid-complaint, I was reminded just how lucky I am!!! When I started this photography business I used to practically BEG people to let me take their photos, and now my schedule is filled with sessions! For that, I am truly grateful. I just wanted to take a moment to thank everyone for their support. I have the best clients/friends in the world!!!
On a completely separate note, this is an iphone pic of my daughter on her way to gymnastics class. Wish I could rock a star unitard, princess glasses, and sparkly shoes with her confidence! I just love how kids know how to have fun no matter where they are. She definitely brings out the silly in me. :)
I hope everyone has a great Easter weekend! I still haven’t taken Dylan to see the Easter bunny. Am I the only Mom left in the world that hasn’t done this yet??? Well, I hope we can all enjoy some time with our families this weekend and embrace the fun!!! Heck, maybe I’ll even wear a unitard. :)
