In full disclosure, we took these sample back-to-school photos just after we got back from Disneyland yesterday (on what seemed like the HOTEST day of the year).  We were all in full meltdown status!  The best was when I was trying to set-up the desk, and then turned around to see that Dylan had used half a bottle of gel on one side of her hair!!!  Perfect look for pictures, don’t you think?   :)

Aside from the props in the photos below, we will also have framed chalkboards perfect for writing your child’s name and year in school.  I’m hoping these minis will be a fun way to remember your your little ones exactly as they are at this time in their lives.  So, please bring along their lunchpail, backpack, or any other item that you wish to help commemorate this special time of year.  Oh, and if you’re wondering if I will have any of those cheesy backdrops that you normally get with school pictures, the answer is ABSOLUTELY NOT!  I want these photos to be fun, fresh, and not forced.  Just your little one having fun at a local park…with a few school-themed props (and maybe a little less gel in their hair than my preschool girl)!   :)
